Since version 4.1.1-P1-15ubuntu4, isc-dhcp-client installs a broken link as
/sbin/dhclient.
Reinstalling isc-dhcp-client and isc-dhcp-common version 4.1.1-P1-15ubuntu3
solves the problem.
