All the symptoms here are generic things that always happen like that whenever the GPU is hung. So even if it might look like those other bug reports, it's probably something completely different. The standard way to troubleshoot GPU hangs is to attach to the bug report the output from 'sudo dmesg' from while it is hung, along with output from 'intel_gpu_dump'.
