Public bug reported:

subsequent execution of "powerdebug -d" on igep board causes seg-fault. Running 
igep board with Linaro's headless
image and hwpack igep_20110216-0.  The series of events leading up to this 
were....

powerdebug   -d > pwr.out
    works fine and produces expected results.

strace   -f -o trace.out  powerdebug   -d > pwr.out
    also works fine and produces expected results.

strace   -tt -f -o trace.out  powerdebug   -d > pwr.out
    causes seg-fault seen below...

strace   -f -o trace.out  powerdebug   -d > pwr.out
    does not produce expected results, seg-fault remains visible

powerdebug   -d > pwr.out
    does not produce expected results, seg-fault remains visible
