Public bug reported:

Treating warnings as errors to help with debugging my app, it is
complaining that /usr/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/lazr is missing
__init__.py -- the two subdirectories in this folder (restfulclient and
uri) are both valid packages, but the top level is not, and python gives
off an ImportWarning which interferes with debugging
