** Description changed:

  Most of the users experiencing bug LP:650671 have stale metadata info
  with None as the free space. This causes syncdaemon to emit
  QuotaExceeded for each and every file added to the storage. This happens
  since None < 0 == True.
  
  I believe syncdaemon should not react that bad upon its own outdated
  metadata.

  1. Open Applications > Accessories > Terminal and run:
