Public bug reported:
i try to install ubuntu 10.10 desktop to my computer but failed. i am
using windows 7 ,(160 GB Hard disk, 1 GB Ram, Intel 2140 @ 1.60 Ghz, 2
Core,NTFS) i devided my hard drive in to 5 (25, 35, 30, 30,30),
firstly i try install through boot from live CD , computer boot from CD
then select language and i clicked to intall ubuntu , after that i got a
whitish black screen hanged loang time (15Minute) after that goes to
Ubuntu Loading screen hanged ,i waited 45 minutes then i restarted,
Then try through wubi install alongside windows, installation completed
and i restarted i got dual boot screen, then i select ubuntu that hanged
on ubuntu loading screen,
please help me how to solve this problem ,is this happened because of
previous installation files or not
please help ............ i try for help from ubuntu forum. but i cant
get a answer...
