Public bug reported:
At boot on a dhcp server based lan ( tested on 4 pc all ) :
on a two nics system (one nic connected and one disconnected) the network icon
show a disconnected network message and graphic.
on a another pc with only one nic the icon at sartup show network disconnected
but the net is on.
a sudo /etc/init.d/networking restart
put all graphic and messages ok
