Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gpointing-device-settings

on my synaptics touchpad I set the the circular scrolling to start only
in the middle of the right-hand side edge. This is lost in between
logout/login. After logging back in, I find circular scrolling to be set
to start along all edges. (which is reaaallly annoying)
