After I've performed a bios update for motherboard AsRock G41M-S3 from
old version to P1.40 (01/12/2011):

kernel panic with standard lucid kernel. When I've rolled back to bios
1.3 system booted normally. I've also took shot of screen on my mobile,
but important information wasn't on screen, just a tail of backtrace.
