First, I am impressed by a response already. This is 0.40.4-2 on x86 (AMD) Dapper (6.06 LTS Desktop). I am attempting to run with debug and produce a backtrace, and will try to keep a log of my actions in an attempt to reproduce either this or Bug #56219.
The crash was only seen after having produced #56219, and created a second document.
