This is not a bug in linux. Documentation requests of this nature
should be filed against the ubuntu-website-content project. Also none
of these 3 issues have any practical limits, and so do not need
documented. Theoretically i386 can only handle 64 gb of memory, but not
only do commonly available systems have nowhere near that, but it is
already documented that the amd64 build should be used for systems with
4+gb of ram.
