Compiling with -O0 the errors change to:
rtree.rtree2-rtree_i32.1.3...
Error: No such node: 0
rtree.rtree2-rtree_i32.1.5.90.2...Node 1: t1_rowid entry for cell 0 is
Expected: [0]
Got: [1]
so it smells of a compiler error.
