I think this may be a dupe of some of the other IPEHR: 0x02000011 bugs
reported.
If it isn't, well unfortunately at the distro level we're no longer
directly doing development work for 8xx anymore, so I'd recommend
contacting upstream (Intel) about it and working directly with them.
