Binary package hint: psimedia
Looking into bug #713511 I tried rebuilding psimedia 1.0.3-4 in a fresh
natty pbuilder chroot. Both for amd64 and i386 the build failed here.

Based on information in bug #721399 the linux/videodev.h refers to a
header no longer part of the 2.6.38 kernel.
