On a dual monitor setup, If you have thunderbird open on your "main"
screen the new message notifications always appear on the opposite
screen (Lower corner).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open thunderbird
2.Leave it open to retrieve new mail
3.When a new message comes in, the notification pop-up will be on the opposite
monitor.
Actual Results:
Notification appeared on opposite monitor. The one firefox was not running on.

Expected Results:
Notification appears on same monitor firefox is opened on.
