Binary package hint: unity
I have found this with CompizConfig-Settings-Manager but it could also be a
problem with other applications.
Steps to reproduce issue:
1) Install CompizConfig-Settings-Manager (CCSM)
2) Use applications from panel to run it.
3) Right click on icon in panel and select "Keep in launcher"
4) Close CCSM
5) Try to run it from the persistent icon and it pulses for a while but does
nothing.
Will try some more apps to see if it is a bigger issue
