I have reported this packaging bug upstream at Debian:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=616178

The problem is where the installation of prelude-lml, tries to start the
prelude-lml daemon. The starting of the prelude daemon is not possible
because a profile is required to run.

I understand it is possible to create a profile as a workaround, using the
following command:
sudo prelude-admin register "prelude-lml" "idmef:w" 127.0.0.1 --uid 0 --gid 0

You can then continue your installation without problems.
