Binary package hint: gedit-r-plugin

When opening a file that has nothing to do with R (txt, tex, etc...) the 
toolbar, side pane and R console are always shown, whereas they are of no use.
For example the latex plugin only shows its stuff up when the file is a 
tex-related file.
The interface is unnecessarily cluttered with useless buttons when opening 
other text files.

Plus the option not to start the R console at Gedit startup does not
work. It is checked after every gedit startup, which makes it useless.
