Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: unity

Unity 3.6.0-0ubuntu2, Ubuntu Natty alpha 3

1. Install Ubuntu.
2. Log in for the first time.

What you see:
* The first item in the launcher is "File Manager".
* Near the end of the launcher is a separate "Files and Folders" item.

Yes, I know what each of them are for. I'm an Ubuntu developer. But they
*look* like two duelling interfaces for the same basic funtion.

What you should see: either
- "File Manager" should not be present by default; or
- "Files and Folders" should not be present by default.

** Affects: unity (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
