The decision has been taken at UDS natty than we didn't have a good story on
folder management with the unity file place in maverick and we won't have the
time to have a good one in natty as well. So the workaround found was to add
this launcher by default which can handle also other cases like network
connections and such.
A similar reason has been given to re-enable the desktop showing the icons with
nautilus.

This decision has been taken altogether with the design team. So I'm
marking this has invalid. You can reopen of course if the design team
wants to change its mind on that point. :)

** Changed in: unity (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Invalid
