Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: padevchooser

I launch padevchooser from terminal and it holds the terminal like it's
launching but the window never appears, neither does the panel icon show
up. I can't launch it from "Applications" either. Reinstalling doesn't
help. This is in Unity 11.04 alpha3 upgraded from Maverick 10.10.
