ok look as i have said all along the NTSC frame rate is set to 25 in the program. In other words i selected NTSC. I wouldn't use PAL cause i live in canada and all dvds are NTSC here. I have done this before and gotten working dvd's with a dvd player that only plays dvd's not vcds or any other format. I don't mean to be blunt but if you don't care say you don't care your obviously looking for a way to get out of bothering with this. sorry to have inconvenienced you i won't submit any more bug reports to ubuntu in the future as obviously you are uninterested. My apologies.
