Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ekiga

Package detects devices. Does not always register account without
several retries despite green 'online' indicator. This failure never
reflects on the opening window, but requires opening accounts to see
status.

Echo test is always choppy/incomplete. Call counter continues incrementing,
but nothing, including any echo.
Eventually, or when attempting to hang up, window grays out and requires forced
quit.

Application never shows any camera video, even though camera is detected
and works with other apps. Complains about 'can't open selected
channel'.

So far, totally unable to get any function to actually work.
