I've created a package set for Xen 4.0.1 based on the debian packages
with minimal changes. They are available in my PPA, but i'd love to file
the appropriate bugs and so on if I only knew what to report and where.
There doesn't appear to be a policy for this sort of thing.

The packages are available for natty at
https://launchpad.net/~ressu/+archive/ppa

Essentially, this change affects 3 source packages. xen-common (which
can be built as is), libvirt which needs adjustments in build depends
(libxen3-dev -> libxen-dev) and of course xen itself.

Xen needs 2 additional patches and minor modifications for the debian
package. The 2 patches fix build process and python 2.7 compatibility.
Only other modifications are build dependency modifications.
