Sadly the same happens with Live CD NattyNarwhal - Alpha3 - Kubuntu. But this time i was able to get some logs, booting with Linux Mint 10 KDE Live CD, and it shows a "GPU lockup - switching to software fbcon". Clever thing, Linux Mint has a xorg failsafe for the boot.
