* Switch to source format 3.0 (quilt).
* Switch from Imake to configure (enabling Xinerama).
* Add patch via Ubuntu that fixes a problem with the cursor not moving
to the remote screen when Xinerama support is enabled (Closes:
#616396; LP: #726783). Thanks to Will Shackleton.
