* Update to r13065 from the eglibc-2.13 branch.
- debian/patches/any/cvs-rtld-prelink.diff: Remove, applied upstream.
- debian/patches/ppc64/submitted-loader-no-vsx.diff: Likewise.
* Re-enable the upstream change:
