Dear maintainers and Brian Murray, Could you please delete the bug report I submitted?
The current ug_CN locale indeed has many bugs and some Uyghur computer professionals have been working on it for almost a year now. We rewrote much of the collation section. But we have still disagreements on other sections and heated discussion about them. So, as the original bug reporter, I would like to have my report deleted. We will submit a new bug report when we have complete agreement on all of the parts of this locale file. Thank you very much.
