When a user first enters a Dash lens (before they perform a search)
several Dash category headers are missing.
Desires resolution:
When a user goes to a Dash lens the following category headers should
always be displayed (this includes displaying all the headers before the
user has performed a search)
App Lens:
- - Most Frequently Used (collapsed by default)
+ - Most Frequently Used (collapsed by default. On a fresh install this option
won't appear until the user has used at least 6 different applications)
- Installed (collapsed by default)
- - Apps Available for Download (expanded by default - only visible if a
internet connection is available)
