Hi Fabio, I had my co-worker bring his laptop in with the rebooting problem just to check it. He was wrong when he told me the issue is fixed. I tried shutting it down several times and it rebooted each time instead of shutting down. He said it did shut down for him when he tried it right after he did the BIOS upgrade. He had to leave for an appointment and I may not see him for a few days. I will follow your instructions below once he is back in with his computer and see if this works. I'm assuming I just paste these links in a browser and not in the terminal. I will disable the ATI video driver he has installed before I do this.
