Have the same bug: Motherboard - Asus P7P55D, Core i7 860.
Dual boot - Windows 7 Pro 64 bit + Ubuntu 10.04. Network work well in Windows and work at first boot on Ubuntu. After reboot network doesn't work neither Windows nor Ubuntu. Only motherboard reset (take off the jumper) helps.
