In case anyone wants to try to reproduce this bug with VMware Workstation (or a compatible VMware virtualization product), I would expect that it would occur with most configurations. But in case it's more specific, I'm attaching the virtual machine (.vmx) file for this virtual machine, which describes the virtual machine's hardware and is both (relatively) human-readable and usable by VMware virtualization software.
