** Description changed:

- When performing a global search (Dash home page), the not installed apps are
selected alphabetically and listed alphabetically. This means that the most
relevant not installed app could easily be accessible with an extra step.
- The proposed solution is to assign the empty slots for not installed apps
(after installed apps) to the most relevant not installed apps, and then list
them alphabetically. In few words, select them by relevance and list them
alphabetically after the installed apps.
+ When performing a global search (Dash home page), the 'apps available
+ for download' are selected alphabetically and listed alphabetically.
+
+ The proposed solution is that the 'apps available for download' are
+ selected with relevancy and then listed alphabetically. When the 'apps
+ available for download' category header is collapsed, the most relevant
+ apps are listed alphabetically. When the 'apps available for download'
+ category header is expanded, the 1st line contains the same apps (most
+ relevant in alphabetical order) as when collapsed, and the subsequent
+ lines contain the next most relevant apps again listed in alphabetical
+ order. e.g.
+
+ When collapsed:
+
+ Apps Available for download
+ ---------------------------
+
+ A app, B app, C app, D app
+
+
+ When expanded:
+
+ Apps Available for download
+ ---------------------------
+
+ A app, B app, C app, D app
+ A app, B app, C app, D app
+ E app, F app, G app, H app
+ H app, I app, J app, J app
