Public bug reported:
this tv card pinnacle pctv (bt878) was detected on dapper on my old pc (32 bit
architecture) and there was 2 inputs in hardware manager one for video capture
and one for audio capture.
on feisty with my new pc (AMD64) i have one input in hardware manager for audio
capture and one labeled "unknown" replace the one for audio capture
