After spending a weekend learning python-apt and all it's nuances, then
updating the code within the command-not-found source tree for
generating the scan.data used to generate the data files at build time,
I now have a working database on armel. Need to redo my hacks so that
they can be integrated with the main source once it has been properly
updated.
