My firefox now will ONLY offer me ask.com as a search provider - ubuntu
10.10
$ ls -l
/usr/share/mozilla/extensions/\{ec8030f7-c20a-464f-9b0e-13a3a9e97384\}/[email protected]/searchplugins/
total 4
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 2389 2010-10-27 16:42 ask.xml
$ dpkg -S
/usr/share/mozilla/extensions/\{ec8030f7-c20a-464f-9b0e-13a3a9e97384\}/[email protected]/searchplugins/ask.xml
dpkg:
/usr/share/mozilla/extensions/{ec8030f7-c20a-464f-9b0e-13a3a9e97384}/[email protected]/searchplugins/ask.xml
not found.
So... I don't know where the rest have gone, or why ask.com hasn't gone
with it.
Firefox won't give me the choice to add google back!
