Ok there seems to be some "corrupted" items. Lets clean it up. First run:
sudo apt-get autoremove software-center Then run the find command again so I can see the residual files left from the autoremove: sudo find / -name *software-center* | tee ~/Desktop/Find2 Attach to next post.
