Hello Darren As last chance we can try to test a live session of Natty to see if Xorg is invoved, you can download the image at: http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/xubuntu/daily-live/current/ Hoping that the image is working. I suggest to try with a usb key created with startup disk creator or a rewritable cdrom. Thanks Fabio
