With 17.90, I added libunity integration. So now it will appear as an
icon in the launcher, with support for its progress bar and quicklists.
This is instead of the indicator. If you aren't using unity, it will
fall back to its indicator.
However, there was a bug in 17.90, fixed with 17.91 (which is about to
be uploaded). This will at least show the icon again. There are still
two issues with it: bug 732997 (window flashes for a second) and bug
735920 (progress bar and quicklists aren't working).
