Binary package hint: gnome-utils
In the Dictionary app, I looked up Sap, and there clicked the link Rhamnus
catharticus (a type of buckthorn plant) which inexplicably contains a large
portion on French and French things like French horn and French polish, as well
as some info on Rhamnus catharticus.
