There is nothing wrong with laptop-mode-tools.
There should be a pm-utils-base package that should be designed to cooperate in
the usual way with other solutions.
And there may be a pm-utils-laptop_mode package that may conflicts with
laptop-mode-tools, but can be seamlessly replaced by the full
laptop-mode-tools. (reopen debbugs #612710)
