Based on the description, I should add that I don't think this is a
duplicate of bug #721572. In my experience, the date doesn't roll one
minute late. It NEVER rolls. The date becomes one day "behind" the
first time the calendar fails to roll the date at midnight, two days
behind the next night, etc. The date is simply "stuck."
