Monitor: Plasma TV Samsung PS42A450P2 42" 1024x768 16:9
Everything works fine in general. The only real problem is the incorrect
screen ratio for video mode. The video mode 1024x768 of the monitor does
use 16:9 screen ratio, while the video mode says 4:3. It's not a
significant problem. It is possible to correct the screen ratio to 16:9
in the MPlayer, fortunatelly.
The other problem is the monitor name detected by Ubuntu 10.10. The name
'Samsung Electric Company 7"' does not seem to be a proprietary one for
a 'Plasma TV Samsung PS42A450P2 42"'
So, these are just minor adjustments to monitor database.
