Public bug reported: Please sync bzr 2.3.1-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)
This is an upstream microrelease that contains just bug fixes. It depends on a newer version of python-configobj (sync request in bug #737491) The packaging switches to dh_python2 and plain debhelper. I think it would be useful to have these changes in Ubuntu as well. This has built fine on the Debian buildds (https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=bzr) and staying with the same packaging infrastructure as Debian should make it easier to cherrypick changes from Debian in the future.
