Right... We only update the models in the background when apps are
installed/uninstalled, not when Zeitgeist updates the set of popular
apps. This is a bug of course.
The trick is that we don't want to start updating the models immediately
when Zg tells us that stuff has changed, because then we'd start doing
stuff while you really would rather spend CPU cycles on getting your
launched app on the screen.
I think what we need is to listen for changes from Zeitgeist and then
have a 5-10s gracetime before we start updating the models... This needs
to be considered a bit.
