This doesn't seem to be a bug with update-manager. It just seems like
the virtualbox package didn't install right and needs to be reinstalled.
If it still fails to install when you try to reinstall it, you should
file a bug on virtualbox's bug tracker.
As such, I'm rejecting this bug, but feel free to repoen it if you
disagree.
