Seems like the http://nl.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/x /xserver-xorg-video-nv/ directory is inaccessable, other ones are, like http://nl.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/x/xserver-xorg-video- nouveau/ you can check this using a browser.
