Srand, thanks for taking the time to file this bug report way back in
2008.
I have bash completion enabled on the latest dev release, and on 8.04,
and have seen no problems with 'perl -c'.
Since this is such an old report, I'm going to close this as Invalid. If
you find that this problem still exists, please feel free to open a new
bug report, preferrably using 'apport-bug' on a more recent release of
Ubuntu so we can diagnore the issue.
