Thank you for the quick reply. Can you try to see if this is still a problem with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the development release - Natty Narwhal. It would help us greatly if you could test with it so we can work on getting it fixed in the next release of Ubuntu. You can find out more about the development release at http://www.ubuntu.com/testing/. Also, can you elaborate on what the actual problem is please. If you could update the description with more details on what the problem is, when it happens, and how it happens, that would be very helpful in tracking down the problem.
