compiz 1:0.9.4-0ubuntu7, Ubuntu Natty

1. Launch Character Map.
2. Unmaximize the Character Map window, if it is maximized.
3. Type Ctrl F to open the Find window.
4. Use Alt Space, M to move the Find window with the keyboard.
5. Move the Find window with the mouse.
6. Maximize the Character Map window.
7. Use Alt Space, M to move the Find window with the keyboard.
8. Move the Find window with the mouse.
9. Close the Find window, and type Ctrl F to reopen it.
10. Use Alt Space, M to move the Find window with the keyboard.
11. Move the Find window with the mouse.
12. Try to minimize or unmaximize the main Character Map window.

What happens:
4. The window moves.
5. The window moves.
7. The window moves.
8. The window moves.
10. The window moves.
11. The window is unmovable.
12. The close, minimize, and unmaximize buttons for the main Character Map 
window have disappeared.

What should happen:
11. The window moves.
12. The close, minimize, and unmaximize buttons for the main Character Map 
window are still present.

Notice that this bug happens only when the dialog's parent window was
maximized at the moment that the dialog opened. It doesn't happen if the
parent window is maximized after the dialog opens.
